Police make a shocking discovery in John demathew accident scene,was it really an accident?

Couple of days ago our king of Benga John De' Matthew died on road accident with (Nissan Navara) I cannot imgn with all that impact no a single airbag was observed.was it car faulty or manufacture error?? NISSAN???
Police have said that if airbag came out during the impact demathew could have survived.
It is very uncommmon for the airbag not to pop out considering the impact of the accident.
Police are considering possibilities of someone tampering with them before demathew left town.demathew was not drunk during the time of accident, autopsy reports have revealed.
