Sarah Wairimu Kamotho, the chief suspect in the murder of Dutch tycoon, Tob Cohen, has hired a top pathologist to represent her during the post mortem of her late husband that will be conducted tomorrow.
Sarah, who is still incarcerated at Langata Women’s Prison, sought the services of renowned Kenya pathologist, Prof Andrew Kanyi Gachii.
Prof Gachii is a celebrated pathologist, who is hired by who is who in this country.
Justice Jesse Lessit has barred the media from publishing details of the investigations into Mr Cohen’s murder.
Judge Lesiit also prohibited Mr Cohen’s family from speaking to media.
He gave these orders during a court session on Monday.
The orders were issued after Sarah’s lawyer, Philip Murgor, complained that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has been conducting investigations via the media.
"We are learning so many things from the media, released to them by the DCI.”
“The media [have] even reported that Cohen passed on his Sh400 million villa to his sister, Gabriele," Murgor said.
