He never gave me even a single coin when I was pregnant and yet I become pregnant again for him, Jemutai comedianne shares her tribulations dating prof hamo

Herman Gakogo Kago, AKA Professor Hamo, is a man under siege, having been exposed as a deadbeat dad by his baby mama, comedian Jemutai. Jemutai made these revelations in several audios shared by Edgar Obare the Teamaster on his Instagram page.

In the audios, she reveals that they started dating in 2015 when they worked as comedians at Churchill Show. She got pregnant for the Hot 96 presenter shortly afterward. Prof. Hamo told her that he would not take responsibility for the pregnancy as a married man since it would tarnish his reputation.

Quitting Comedy

Jemutai reveals in the audios that she took it in her stride and carried Hamo’s baby without any support from him at all. She states that she had to quit her gigs at Churchill show to keep it all under wraps.

“I had to move to a single room house in Pipeline, heavily pregnant and with nothing in my house apart from the mattress and sheets on which I slept,” said Jemutai. Her kind neighbor used to fix meals and share them with her during the pregnancy. All this time, prof. Hamo was making a big name for himself at Churchill show, caring little about his pregnant girlfriend.

Jemutai states that even when she needed financial help during delivery, Hamo failed to come through. “I delivered through CS and didn’t even have money to care for myself and the baby. Nilirudi kuperfom Churchill show after two months with a healing CS wound ndio nisupport mtoi,”  she said. She had briefly moved in with her mum, during which time Hamo apologized and asked to see the baby a whopping eight months later.

Jemutai was kind enough to forgive the funnyman, hoping that he was a changed man. She said that his wife in Nakuru knows about the relationship and is very friendly with her. It appears that their relationship is that of friendly co-wives since they even support each other financially.

After getting back together and moving to a better neighborhood in Kitengela, Hamo asked her to quit her comedy gigs and focus on raising their child as well as supporting his hustle. Jemutai gladly obliged and actively helped Hamo conjure up jokes for his appearances on Churchill.

Jemutai got pregnant a second time for Hamo in 2017. This time a baby girl. At some point, he landed a 10 million contract and ended not spending a dime on his young family with Jemutai. She wondered how the man could have made so much, yet there wasn’t even a TV at home for the kids to watch! She also mentions that she never saw Hamo spending any money on his Nairobi family despite working as a Hot96 presenter and spending the nights at their house in Nairobi.

At some point, she made up her mind to go back to work to support her family, including her mother, who depended on her. Her decision made prof. Hamo mad and ended up in a terrible conflict between them. He has even adamantly suggested that the second child is not his. The Hot 96 funnyman has since walked out on the relationship leaving her to struggle with raising his two children in dire circumstances made worse by the pandemic.

With her back against the wall, Jemutai reached out to Edgar, proposing to sell her social media accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers, at two bob per follower. She hopes to make some money to start a business.
