Kitui Hens And Goats Pass Through Hospital Reception To Visit Sick Owner
Patients in a hospital in Kitui were taken aback after goats and hens stormed the hospital in style in a bid to visit their owner who was reportedly sick.
According to photos in possession of Sonko News, the goats and hens first went to the reception before they were allowed to get inside the ward where their ailing owner was admitted.
Following the Kitui incident, there were those near the hospital facility who felt shocked while claiming that the event was not only unusual but also scary.
A relative said that the sick old man was neglected by his wife and children forcing him to summon his animals to visit him.
"This is the first time we are witnessing such a thing in the whole of Kitui region. How can goats and hens visit the hospital to spend time with their owner? We suspect that this is witchcraft paraphernalia." Said one resident.
Another local added that the Kitui goats and hens had gone to the hospital to update the owner on what had been happening while she was away from home.
"These animals might have come to deliver important information to their guardian who had been away from them for a while. Perhaps they just missed her and wanted to show care by paying a physical visit to her." He posed.
In another incident, strange bees believed to be from Kitui recently invaded the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) grounds in Kwale county's Kinangop, disrupting the exercise that was peaceful.
In a video clip seen by Sonko News, the recruits could be seen lying down while chanting Bees and warning the others to take cover on the ground for their own safety.
Even though it was not clear where the bees came from, Kenyans in their usual style of humor attributed the bees to one Kitui county that has for the longest time been linked to some mysterious events.
