List of 50 companies which has offered Jobless graduate Job


On Sunday, Citizen TV highlighted the plight of a First class graduate from the Nairobi University who has been living on the streets after failing to secure a job.

Kevin Ocheing Obede, 24, scored straight A’s at Maranda High School before proceeding to the University of Nairobi where he did Actuarial Science and graduated with First Class honors in 2017.

However, he was confronted with the harsh reality upon graduation as his job search proved futile and at some time he lived in the streets of Nairobi for over a year.

Before his story was highlighted, Kevin eked a living by washing cars in the Nairobi CBD for Sh.50-100.
He is being housed inside a tiny house in Kosovo, Mathare slums by a friend, Christopher Oloo, who rescued him from the streets.

Just a day after his sad story was highlighted on Citizen TV, Kevin has received several job offers from State Corporations, County Governments and even privates companies including some institutions where he had applied for a job before.
