Former Treasury Principal Secretary, Kamau Thugge, was among 28 senior state officers who were charged over Sh 19.5 billion Kimwarer and Arror dams’scandal on Tuesday. Thugge and his former boss , Henry Rotich, appeared before Anti-Corruption Magistrate , Douglas Ogoti, where they denied the charges of looting public money and they were released on a cash bail of Sh 15 million or a bond of Sh50 million. Though, he was always silent, a close friend of Thugge has revealed the amorous life of the former PS. According to the friend,, the former PS was spending Sh 3 million weekly with prostitutes. The friend said Thugge was using his pimp identified as George Thuku to hunt for young university girls and he will take them to Muthaiga Golf Club where he could “chew them” without mercy. From Muthaiga, Thugge, who has PhD doctorate in Economics from John Hopkins University in United States, will be driven to Galileo lounge located along Chiromo road where he danced to Mugithi rhythms as he splashed money to pretty girls.
