It has now emerged how he killed his two children,and later his wife.

On that particular day,major mugure hosted his children and Joyce Syombua in House number A3.
He was Living in house A3 and having spent the night in his house, Major Mugure conveniently asked Joyce Syombua to take a bath as he sneaked the children to house number A4 where he strangled them and then came back to the house. He told Joyce that the children were visiting a friend as he wanted the two of them to have a moment for themselves.
The house A4 belonged to a friend who was not around, Major Peter mugure wrapped the mouth of the children using a cloth and blindfolded them.The children could not scream,He then hit them using a military style,The children passed out.He removed a rope he had hidden inside the house and strangled the children using the rope.
He then returned to his house A3 where he found Joyce Syombua who had completed bathing,He hit her on the head using a blunt object before strangling her using his hands. Syombua died immediately.
Major Peter mugure who was in charge of everything in the camp then asked Collins pamba to help him burry the Bodies.
He waited until midnight before he and pamba took the bodies to the cemetery and burried them
