Major Peter Mugure has continued to express reasons why he decided to terminate the life of Joyce Syombua, Shanice Maua and Prince Michael. In a closed to door interview with detectives, Mugure confesses to being behind the death of his family members. “Joyce died saying Wafula, the name of her supposedly secret lover.
