According to the expose, the student leader remained calm but shaken during the arrest as the governor caused a chaotic scene fighting the police sent to arrest him.
The University of Nairobi student leader together with the governor were escorted to Voi Railway police post before they were airlifted to Nairobi where Sonko would be charged with graft related cases.
The expose goes ahead to state that one of the officers who were present during the arrest suggested that the lady in Sonko’s company appeared Pregnant.
Rashid Yakub, Coast Regional Police Commander maintained that they did not have anything against passengers who were in the company of the governor and did not interrogate them to find out who they
