A sister-in-law to the slain GSU officer attached to the the Interior Cabinet Secretary's office has given her last moments with his brother-in-law. According to her, the officer was in his normal moods yesterday evening when he came to the house. He gave the family money for shopping in the morning money before leaving for work.

According to her, the officer kept calling while at work to ask about how the kids were doing. He also confirmed whether the family had bought all the items they wanted for the day. During supper, the deceased came to the house and said that he had come to say hi to the children.
The sister-in-law says that upon serving him food, he did not take it. He said that he was full and left the house. After some time at around 8 pm, his wife arrived in the house but she didn't stay long. The husband came back shortly after her arrival. They then entered their bedroom, had a conversation then left.

She said that the husband was bitter by that time and he asked the wife whether she had found another man outside their marriage. It is then that he started shooting. The sister revealed that there was a family brawl between them.
