Royal Media Services launched their new baby Ramogi TV on Monday evening.
The new 'baby' was launched in style, with TV anchors landing on a chopper and later being carried to the studio with a limousine.
Many celebrities and RMS employees were at the launch and their joy could not be hidden.
The RMS management said that Ramogi TV is a form of celebrating Kenya's cultural diversity and more vernacular TV stations will be coming soon.
The first guest to be interviewed on Ramogi TV was ODM leader and former Prime minister Raila Odinga.
On the flip side, the headline of the interview Twak Makende stole the show and it is currently trending on Twitter at number one, with many Kenyans who don't understand the Dholuo language making fun of the headline and wondering whether it is same with the Swahili meaning.
Well, incase you don't understand the Dholuo language, Twak Makende is a Dholuo statement meaning Exclusive interview.
